    Job Summary:
    - Ensure all production equipment and facilities are well-maintained to achieve 100% uptime
    - Conduct preventive maintenance and uphold the reliability of production equipment
    - Prioritize the safety of all manufacturing equipment and facilities in the plant


    Required Qualifications:
    - Industrial Electrician certification with at least 5 years of experience
    - Proficient in spoken and written English communication
    - In-depth understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation
    - Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude
    - Possession of a forklift license is advantageous
    - Good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems

    Responsibilities:
    - Regular maintenance of all production equipment
    - Installation, repair, and maintenance of intricate wiring circuits and distribution systems adhering to relevant codes
    - Maintenance of complex electrical and electronic components of diverse equipment
    - Accountable for workplace cleanliness, organization, parts, and equipment
    - Completion of necessary paperwork
    - Addressing safety concerns
    - Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues, repairing/replacing electrical equipment
    - Occasionally engaging in tasks from other trades
    - Proficient in using electrical tools, measuring and testing equipment
    - Ability to interpret complex wiring diagrams and similar technical documents
    - Proficient in programming various PLC systems and related equipment
    - Competent in operating all shop equipment
    - Thorough understanding of applied electrical practices, techniques, theory, and operation of electrical/electronic equipment and controls
    - Comfortable working at heights and using lifts and scaffolds
    - Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts when necessary
    - Collaboration with internal departments for equipment design, fabrication, and modifications
    - Timely completion of repairs, fixtures, etc., to prevent production interruptions
    - Working closely with Supervisors to ensure the efficiency of plant machinery and equipment in meeting production demands
    - Assisting in validating new/used equipment transferred to the plant
    - Adherence to Preventative Maintenance Program schedules
    - Troubleshooting production equipment, maintaining records of development and troubleshooting
    - Adherence to safety protocols such as lockout/tag out procedures
    - Upholding good workplace hygiene at all times
    - Adhering to Company policies on Health, Safety & Environment
    - Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives across all job aspects
    - Working based on drawings, verbal instructions, or sketches
