As the Leadership Recruitment Advisor, you will work with Leadership Recruitment Consultants to facilitate recruitment best practices throughout the hiring process including pre-screening and assessment.
You will be a main point of contact for applicants throughout the process and will answer questions, address concerns and keeping them updated on their status in the hiring process.
How you'll contribute:
- Developing and managing job postings and providing internal recruitment knowledge
- Conducting interviews for Expression of Interest (EOI) leadership opportunities
- Participating in interviews on selection panel as required
- Liaising with Leadership Recruitment Consultants to determine job content information, and validates qualification requirements, conducts job shadows in association with job description creation
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a three year diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field; or a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or Business, and a one year Human Resources Management Certificate
- Minimum three (3) years recent, related job experience in a high volume recruitment setting
- You are skilled with Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.,) and ideally bring experience with PeopleSoft
- Possession of strong customer service orientation and has demonstrated experience building and managing professional relationships
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC's Mission, Vision and Values
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
