About Us
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Yard Associate to join our Warehouse Team. The associate will ensure that the yard is consistently maintained and safe for operations during 8:00am - 5:00pm shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Load/unload trucks and replenish stock when required
Accurately pick, stack, wrap and stage inbound and outbound freight
Receive and locate product using RF technology in alignment with company's processes
Execute work in the prescribed sequence to ensure quality, productivity, and safety targets are met
Complete cycle counts and report discrepancies and/or damaged goods to supervisor or manager
Complete daily preinspections of warehousing equipment (ie: Counter Balance) when operating and report any malfunctions.
Once properly trained, operate all warehouse equipment effectively and safely
Adhere to Health & Safety policies and report any observed safety hazards immediately
Use professional language and maintain a professional appearance (e.g., hygiene, grooming) when interacting with others
Report any unsafe work conditions, accidents/injuries and/or nearmisses in a timely basis
Responsible for general yard upkeep, maintenance and safety.
Complete other tasks, as assigned by manager

Requirements:

Completion of highschool or equivalent
Previous Work experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
Experience working with RF scanners
Must have prior experience for Counter Balance
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50lbs
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Ability to stay on your feet for long periods at a time
Willingness to work in varying work and weather conditions
Ability to multitask in a fast paced and changing environment
