Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance professional to join our team.

As a Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for supervising and performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Perform routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs
• Conduct repairs and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks, materials used, and costs incurred
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed using hand or power tools
• Respond promptly to emergency situations or service requests
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices and procedures
• Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management
• Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical schematics
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repair of equipment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision
• Experience in facilities maintenance preferred

We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.


Pay:
$15.30-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
