Our Regina office is seeking undergraduate business students who are looking to pursue their CPA designation to join the team in 2023 as a part of our

Avenues program .

Our Avenues program allows you to gain different work experiences across our Audit, Tax and Advisory practice as you begin your career as a new graduate, or co-op student.

As you work shoulder to shoulder with your clients, you will build relationships that will highlight the value you bring to them using your advanced business acumen and ability to provide deeper industry insights.

Client visits are an important part of most roles, so you'll be moving from environment to environment to experience a broad range of different industries, locations, and businesses.

This variation in the role means there is no set pattern for the types of work you will be doing on a day-to-day basis.

Throughout the program, you'll have a dedicated Development Manager to ensure you receive broad experiences that are aligned with your interests to assist you in creating your individualized career path.

CPA Avenues opportunities are available in our following practice areas

Audit
In KPMG's Audit practice our clients look to us to provide industry insight and valuable perspective on business issues. You will be involved in analyzing and assessing clients' business processes, internal controls, and recommending areas of improvement. Learn more at

In KPMG's Tax practice, your skills, tact, and knowledge can make a difference to your client's business and ultimately, their bottom line.

You'll work with clients to identify tax
- planning opportunities and meet their tax compliance requirement. Learn more at

Advisory

Being part of KPMG's Advisory Services means working as part of a multidisciplinary team with in-depth industry knowledge and sophisticated analytical tools.

You have a strong academic record and are committed to achieving your CPA designation.

You're a highly motivated student who strives for excellence, innovation and collaboration.

You're passionate about being involved in your local community and university and have a proven ability to achieve personal and professional success while juggling competing priorities and deadlines.

Strong relationshipbuilding skills that will enable you to easily interact with clients, colleagues, and the wider community.
