    Summary

Working at Fanshawe CollegeNote**:
This is a full-time temporary Support position until March 29, hours per week).Support Staff Collective Agreement, will be given first consideration.-
Qualifications

  • Postsecondary 2year diploma in Office Administration, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' related work experience in a customer service, high volume, multitask environment
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
  • Call Centre experience and experience with computer processes would be an asset
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
