Job Overview
To provide records management and program support services to the Division.

This role involves the meticulous upkeep of both manual and electronic records and streamlining program operations to ensure effective information management within the Division.


Job Requirements:


  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Experience in records management. Experience working in an office setting.

Preference may be given to applicates with:


  • Post
  • Secondary Education

Proviso:


  • Must be able and willing to regularly lift boxes up to 40 pounds and/or push trolley of files weighing over 40 pounds. Ability to keyboard with speed and accuracy at approximately 40 to 50 words per minute.

About this Position:

This position has full time on-site requirements.
The position headquarters will Victoria.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future permanent vacancies across the Ministry of Citizens' Services.
Employees of the BC Public Service must be located in BC at the time of employment.
