OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a digital storyteller to help create timely content through Golf Canada's social channels and digital platforms.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

- **Content creation & publishing 60%*

Produce and distribute creative assets for Golf Canada's web, digital and social channels (i.e. shortform video, longform video, graphics, etc.)
Develop content (written and image) for Golf Canada's online properties

- **Community management
20%:

Assist with monitoring Golf Canada's social media channels and respond to questions/comments
Assist with various communications initiatives for Golf Canada's professional golf championships (RBC Canadian Open & CP Women's Open);

- **Administrative Support
15%:

Help track and report on projects using project management software

- **Other Duties
5%:

Special assignments as required
Some travel may be required

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITIES:

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
Familiarity with Canva software
Proficient in all social platforms
Experience with photography or video production considered an asset
Strong organizational skills administration skills
Evening and weekend hours will be required to cover relevant golf news
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong decision making skills
The ability to work independently and part of a team
Bilingual (English and French) is not required but considered an asset.
Golf knowledge or experience is not required but considered an asset.
