Our expectations:

The Facilities Cleaning Service Team Member is part of a high-performance team focused on keeping the warehouse environment clean.

This objective will be accomplished with the use of both manual and powered equipment (floor scrubber, forklift, tow tractor, etc.) and involves the coordinated completion of a variety of job tasks.


_ Afternoon Shift_

_ Monday to Thur_

_ 4:45 PM - 3:15 AM_

Your role:


  • Waste Management
  • Execute a comprehensive recycle program to minimize waste to landfill
  • Manage pick up of waste and recyclables throughout warehouse and return to depots for handling
  • Operate cardboard and plastic balers, recycle and garbage compactors, and Styrofoam densifier.


  • Pull and Sweep

  • Follow a program schedule to maintain cleanliness in pick slot locations.


  • Spill Cleanup

  • Upon demand, quickly and safely clean up materials using appropriate methods


  • Conveyor Mezzanine

  • Clean and assist trades during scheduled maintenance downtime


  • Warehouse Floors

  • Use and maintain auto scrubbers to remove debris and clean floors


  • Backup Teammates

  • Occasionally serve as the backup Battery Technician and the backup Detail Cleaner
  • Perform other duties as directed

The qualifications we are looking for:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Solid communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with coworkers and management staff
  • Knowledge of safe handling procedures for cleaning products and equipment
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to take initiative
