Dynamic Project Manager and Branch Manager

This unique position combines the responsibilities of a Branch Manager (20%) with the impactful role of a Project Manager (80%).


Key Responsibilities:

*Branch Manager (20%)

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the branch team.

A Day in the Life of a Branch and Project Manager:

As a Branch and Project Manager, you build, lead, and deploy a top-quality team that collectively achieves goals aligning with First Onsite's strategic plan.

Under your leadership, your team provides unmatched customer service.

Your regular feedback, ongoing training, and leadership create a culture that makes your branch an "employer of choice." You embody our core values, inspiring both personnel and subcontractors to work efficiently while adhering to established health and safety policies and procedures.

You monitor reports and maintain compliant processes daily on various reporting platforms. You produce measurable success in sales activity, achieved targets, and adequate Gross Profit levels.

You manage and grow both the business and the people you work with every day, making what you do critical to our success.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 5+ years of experience in branch management and/or leadership in disaster restoration or related industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills required.
  • Skilled in technology, Microsoft Office products necessary, and Xactimate preferred.
  • IICRC certifications are a plus.
