Job Description:
- To provide accurate and compliant documentation for Customs entries.
- To determine what processes are required in order to release/deliver the client's freight.
- To offer and arrange for all Freight Forwarding / Documentation services.
- Support to all team members, service providers and all clients.

Experience in Freight & Logistics.
Knowledge of customs operations.
Excellent decision and problem solving abilities to handle day to day operational issues
Attention to detail for keying data into computer systems
Good interpersonal skills for communicating with clients and service providers
Computer literate
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
