Northumberland Hills Hospital(NHH) is recruiting a LOCUM GP Anesthesiologist. As a key member of our Surgical Program, you will join a dedicated vibrant group of 6 colleagues. NHH is a 137-bed hospital offering 24/7 in-house general surgery, obstetrics/gyne, ophthalmology, and ENT services. In addition, there is a wellestablished program of visiting surgeons including plastics, dentistry, orthopedics, vascular and urology.

NHH is a rapidly growing hospital with a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit and an expanding Obstetrical program.

The Anesthesia Service share on-call and associated responsibilities which cover the OR, the epidural service and also provide strong support for airway management and ventilation in the Emergency Department, Birthing Suites, and ICU.

Remuneration would be based on fee-for-service, and on-call stipend through the Hospital On-Call Coverage Program (HOCC), in addition to local hospital retention program.
