Business Partner - Global Account Management
What's in it for you:
This role offers executive-level exposure to S&P Global's Market Intelligence business leaders and is critical to enabling Sales strategy & growth for the organization.
Responsibilities:
Support the Annual Budget Process as a key SME
Update internal and external databases with sensitive and proprietary financial information
Communicate, monitor, and coordinate ad-hoc strategic initiatives associated with KPI tracking, Incentive Compensation Campaigns, and Global Sales and Account Management Performance tracking
Represent as proxy for Account Management Leadership in day-to-day interactions with critical internal partners
Work with Sales Leaders to ensure opportunity pipeline reporting is properly managed and forecast
Collaborate with all Business Partners across Market Intelligence to align and optimize the operating model
Provide change leadership to Account Management team, ensuring maximum sales effectiveness
Work with team members to update and maintain internal Account Management resource sites, folders, and databases as requested by Sales and/or Enablement Leadership
Provide enablement to the Account Management team by promoting awareness and adoption of tools and resources and surfacing and sharing best practices
What We're Looking For:
Entrepreneurial individual possessing the ability to work with mínimal supervision
Ability to multitask and change focus as required by prioritization of workload
Strong organizational skills
Ability to independently evaluate workflow scenarios, exercise judgment and prioritize decision making
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
Prior sales or sales support background preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
General knowledge of Contact Management databases

The Location:
Virginia, Raleigh, New York, Toronto, London
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,800- $136,600.
Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
