Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Maintenance Programs, the Maintenance Librarian is responsible for collecting and sorting all maintenance publications, data and any other information for the Maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Track the maintenance library manuals, online and printed technical publications in the computer system to ensure accuracy of revisions, amendments and subscription renewals
- Complete periodic reviews of controlled technical publications and forms to verify that they are the most current revisions available
- Notify applicable Managers when manuals are found to be updated and ensure that the applicable Manager reviews changes for maintenance tracking interval changes
- Maintain a registry of subscriptions in the company computer system for revision verification
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Education, Experience and Certifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations
- Previous experience with Aviation Management Software considered an asset (WinAir preferred)
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Previous aviation experience considered an asset
Working Conditions
- Physically able to perform all listed job duties
- Travel by aircraft and other means as required by role
