Job Title:
Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French & English)

Duration:
Temp to Perm - initially 3 month and hire permanently

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: 2800 Swansea Cr, Ottawa, ON

Role:


  • Responsible for order management, account inquiries, customer queries or support issues
  • Data entry of orders, returns and/or inquiries in designated systems

Major Responsibilities:


  • Daily interaction with diverse customer base.
  • Applies decision / service controls
  • Updates systems daily with inquiry detail and status tracking and trending purposes


  • Incident management

  • Research / creation / management / reporting / followup
  • Complete necessary management reports as required

Experience and Skills:


  • Demonstrated ability to provide Customer / Vendor communication (oral and written) in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
  • Demonstrated ability to answer calls from various Canada Post customers, taking down the information on their orders, creating inquiries and /or returns in an accurate and detailed fashion.

Other Requirements:


  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
  • Excellent Attendance Record (Attendance Management Policy) and adheres to Company Policies
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent Organization, reporting skills and attention to detail
  • Team orientated and dependable
  • Updated Security Clearance will be initiated upon hire

$19.50-$20.00 per hour


Schedule:
