We're looking for Call center agents to handle customer calls, addressing issues efficiently with empathy and understanding, assist on getting payments on current accounts.

Please be advised this role is required to work 100% in office during training and afterwards.

Your Role:


  • Assist customers by providing solutions to their financial concerns.
  • Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts.
  • Negotiate payments and manage payment plans.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to your scheduled work hours.

Who You Are:


  • Customerfocused, with strong communication skills and a knack for multitasking.
  • Motivated by success, personal growth, and excellent service delivery.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and French

Flexible Work Schedule:


Monday to Friday: 7h00am to 10h00pm

Saturday: 7h00am to 9h00pm

Sunday: 10h00am to 6h00pm
