Main Responsibilities:
This position is part of the ACP Applied Products
Milling Division. We are based in Morinville.
As a Labourer you will be responsible to comply with safe work procedures and practices while you contribute to the teams road construction and maintenance projects.
Versatility, flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are required in this position. Your responsibility is to provide support to the Milling Division, in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.Why You Should Join Our Team:

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED an asset
- Must own reliable transportation
- Must successfully complete drug and alcohol and fit test. *Note: This includes the use of marijuana, medical or non. As this is a safety sensitive position there is a zero tolerance policy in place for cannabis use
- Valid Class 5 (Non-GDL) Driver's License is required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform manual labour (ability to lift up to 40kg/90lbs)
- Willing to work out of town (Work in AB, BC, SK, YT, NWT & MB)
- Willing to work night shifts if required
- Experience with safety regulations and safe practices is an asset
- Ability to work in uncertain outdoor conditions
- Ability to work overtime hours
Responsibilities:
- Learn our processes and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment
- Understand the job and the hazards that are present
- Maintain proper awareness of your surroundings
- Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections
- Keep current and accurate driver logs, using an Electronic Logging Device (ELD or eLog)
- Execute and maintain temporary traffic accommodation (signs, arrowboards, barricades, traffic cones)
- Perform flagperson tasks
- Assist operators, lead hand, and foreman in their duties
- Other as determined by a supervisor
