Description
Responsibilities:
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls and faxes
- Coordination of guest visits, meetings
- Data entry, reporting, and filing
- Any other general administrative support required.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Diploma or GED
- 13 years office administration experience
- Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and organization
- Experience in word processing, spreadsheets, and database management
- Proven ability to be professional, confident and selfmotivated
- Administrative training and /or experience is an asset.
