Description

Responsibilities:


  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls and faxes
  • Coordination of guest visits, meetings
  • Data entry, reporting, and filing
  • Any other general administrative support required.

Qualifications:


  • Grade 12 Diploma or GED
  • 13 years office administration experience
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and organization
  • Experience in word processing, spreadsheets, and database management
  • Proven ability to be professional, confident and selfmotivated
  • Administrative training and /or experience is an asset.
