THE POSITION
The Service Delivery Analyst will provide onsite Tier 2 Support at one of our Edmonton locations. The position will also provide Tier 1 phone coverage as required and be part of the on-call rotation.

The position will require regular travel to Keyera facilities in the Edmonton area and infrequent travel to Keyera field locations, providing on site assistance related to system upgrades, new installations and various IT software, hardware and mobility issues.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a high level of professional customer service to our extended Keyera community.
  • Install, support and maintain various IT software and hardware to ensure compatibility, integration and reliability of service.
  • Comfortable providing support: face to face, over the phone and remotely for desktops, laptops and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
  • Courteously obtain and record concise issue information for external and internal service personnel.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of issues and their resolution using our ITSM system.
  • Respond to Service Desk calls via telephone, online or in person.
  • Escalate and triage issues and problems as required.
  • Create, review and update knowledge base and other documentation as assigned.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Undertake any training required in order to maintain competency.
  • Contribute to and work within a safe working environment.
  • Occasional travel will be required to facilities within Alberta.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Information Systems or related field.
  • 5 years' experience in PC support.
  • A+ or other appropriate certifications a plus.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Windows 10, Microsoft M365 and computer hardware and software experience.
  • Experience supporting iOS and Android operating systems and devices.
  • Ability to achieve successful outcomes in handling difficult situations and customers.
  • Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working in midstream facilities with Personal Protection Equipment and safety training an asset.
  • Experience with ITIL based processes an asset.
  • Experience in AV or associated technologies an asset.
  • Experience with SCCM and Intune an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion.
  • Valid Alberta Driver's License
