Sales Support Specialist
Fiberlinks Textiles Inc.

is looking for an organized, efficient sales support specialist to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department in increasing sales and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities include tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales team, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts.

The sales support specialist is also responsible for monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.

To be a successful sales support specialist, you should have good time management and organizational skills.

You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills and be perfectly bilingual - French and English speaking is a must.


Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:


  • Managing customer accounts, updating product listings, price lists, new items, samples, and sales presentations.
  • Answering customer inquiries, following up on orders, reviewing pending orders and ensuring on time delivery and proper fill rates.
  • Act as liaison with sales team, providing them with the sales tools necessary to reach their sales targets
  • Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.
  • Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales & marketing strategies.
  • Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
  • Assisting in trade shows, marketing initiatives and updating all websites and databases with current and new items.

Requirements:


  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field an asset
  • Experience in administration and highvolume office work
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus
  • Computer literacy, Microsoft office and excel a must
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices


  • Perfectly bilingual

  • French and English written & spoken a must

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
