Position Summary
The Investment department is responsible for flawless broadcast execution, buying and negotiating rates and value of broadcast media.
The role of the coordinator, Investment is to manage the execution of client's broadcast campaigns with the Investment lead supervising.
They will follow broadcast execution best practices that have been implemented by the team while also aligning with Media Experts objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Inputting and maintaining broadcast campaigns into Broadcast Steward (Media Ocean)
- Prepare and send out station lists to clients & creative agencies.
- Creating and sending traffic instructions to various broadcast vendor partners.
- Resolving campaign invoice discrepancies and working with clearance team to have invoices paid to vendors.
- Assisting lead buyers on pulling actual performance data to provide final campaign reporting to clients.
- Assisting lead buyers to source various data and contribute to larger client presentations.
- Proactively develop knowledge on the broadcast media landscape
- Attend various media seminars & presentations (both virtually and in person)
Desired Skills & Experiences:
- This is an entry Level role but any previous work experience and/or education that is relevant to the role will be considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail with numbers
- Microsoft Office with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Previous inputting or data entry experience is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Collaborate with other internal and external team members
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize multiple tasks at a given period
