Role_**IISD is looking for a Program Assistant to join the Tracking Progress team to provide a range of administrative tasks for the program's projects.

This person is an extremely efficient and organized multitasker, looking for an exciting opportunity to work with an outstanding international team.

_Responsibilities_

  • Assist with the coordination of Tracking Progress team members' corporate credit card management and reconciliation, and all matters relating to expense claims management for the Tracking Progress program.
  • Provide support to the project managers and program financial analysts during the annual budget and forecasting process.
  • Update and maintain the program's project tracking with meetingrelated information, documentation, and funder contact details.
  • Assist in setting up projects in the task management system, and track the status of specific activities (donor reporting, invoicing, etc.).
  • Track projectrelated deadlines, support the team with donor reporting tasks, and prompt the team regarding upcoming due dates.
  • Maintain an updated list of meetings that the ENB team will include in their roster.
  • Provide support in the preparation of funding proposals, budget development, funder and consultant contracting, and donor reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

_ Skills and Qualifications_- Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • 3 years of experience in project administrative and operational support role.
  • Degree in Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational, administrative and planning skills, including an ability to manage multiple tasks ranging in demand while working under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of an international, geographicallydistributed team and independently with limited guidance.
  • Ability to work well in a virtual team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.

Location:

This position will be a hybrid home/office role based in Winnipeg (a minimum of 1-2 days a week in the office weekly will be required).



Salary:
$38,285 - $44,772 (salary commensurate with experience)
