    We have an exciting opportunity for a Controller reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, working out of our Sudbury office.


    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    Oversight of all accounting operations including billing, collections, cashflow management, accounts payable, and payroll to maximize return on financial assets.

    Developing and maintaining the company's systems and processes for forecasting, budgeting and strategic analysis based on sophisticated financial modeling and analysis.

    Analytical support of strategic company decisions
    Strong competencies in identifying and analyzing key KPI's
    Provide recommendations and effective solutions to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
    Timely and useful reporting of financial and operating results to management.
    Overseeing cost-control structure and financial policies

    Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with standards and applicable federal, provincial and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

    A successful candidate will have:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required.
    Experienced CPA with 5-8 years of experience, including public accounting and industry.
    Experience with advanced Excel modelling, data analysis, and advanced presentation skills. Ability to work with PowerBI will be considered an asset.
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    Detail orientated with an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

    Bilingualism in French/English is an asset.
