- As a part of our team, you'll be involved in helping identify opportunities, gathering assets, and handling a multitude of submissions. This position is part of our Communications team and plays a key role in enhancing Klick's reputation on the global stage by showcasing our work, thought leadership, and workplace culture. In 2023, Klick was recognized among the best of the best by the world's top awards authorities, including Cannes Festival of Creativity, and Clios Awards. Our mostawarded creative campaigns for the year include "The Bridge", "The Congregation", and "Lifesaving Radio".

We are looking for a self-starting, go-getting, critical-thinking, detail-oriented, and kind-hearted Awards Coordinator with strong project management and communications skills to join our growing company.
Your mission will be:
- Helping support and drive our Awards portfolio to even greater heights. You will be focused on helping get our inspirational and resultsdriven creative campaigns, innovative digital health lab projects, brilliant thought leaders, and unique workplace culture initiatives industry recognition around the world
- Operating in a dynamic, fastpaced environment, where you'll play a crucial role in orchestrating various award submissions and ensuring their success
- Multitasking like a pro prioritizing and seamlessly transitioning from one project to another, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing circumstances
What tech skills you bring:
- Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate and manage numerous award submissions
- Microsoft Office and Google Docs proficiency, ability to track numerous concurrent projects using Excel, ability to learn a wide range of proprietary award show platforms as needed
What unique attributes you bring:
- The ability to inspire action and meet deadlines consistently, establishing yourself as an expert organizer
- A natural affinity for working with diverse teams and building close relationships with individuals across various departments, such as Creative, Labs, Media, and Strategy
- A friendly and approachable personality, fostering connections with colleagues and stakeholders with your sense of optimism, driven, empathy, trustworthiness, and kindness
- Bonus points for being a skilled storyteller and writer, and/or having knowledge of the health and advertising awards landscape
