Service Operations Officer JR6103007


Job Description:

Provide technical support, training and commercial support as required to:

  • Original Equipment Manufacturers
  • Rolls-Royce First Network R & O and Material Repair Facilities
  • Regional Customers, Operators and Dealers
  • Maintain and ongoing flow of information and support to the RR Indianapolis based head office team to meet requirements and achieve initiatives

Core Proficiencies:

  • Very strong communication proficiency featuring tact, diplomacy the ability to communicate critical messages effectively.
  • Able to communicate effectively and comfortably in both French and English, verbally and in written form.

Basic Qualifications

  • DEC in aeronautical program or equivalent technical training
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service field
  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • Bilingual in English and French
Preferred Qualifications

  • Canadian Maintenance technician license
  • Helicopter service industry experience
