Our mission is to remove the stress of travel by taking care of all tickets, line-ups, and providing informed conversations about the vibrant sights and surroundings of the cities we operate in.

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer database.
Drive change and support a positive working environment.
Respect clients' preferences and travel requirements, assisting with appropriate travel packages or services.
Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations up to the day of checkin.
Provide travelers with necessary information and travel materials, including event programs or maps.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by implementing enhancements based on customer feedback.
Suggest products and services based on customer requests and needs.
Answer inbound calls and occasionally generate outbound calls, including cold calling to follow up on orders.

Qualifications:

High School Education Required.
Post Secondary is Prefered

Experience:

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.

Knowledge:

Skills:

Bilingualism in English and French is highly preferable.
Excellent customer service skills.
Selfstarter with strong computer literacy.
Ability to retain information, work well under pressure, stay organized, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in problemsolving.
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

This position is an in person position in Niagara Falls, Canada, with opportunities to work within a hybrid model during specific shift times.

Salary:
$17.55-$18.55 per hour
