Description:
ANA420 is an upper level course designed to introduce the anatomy and histology of adult stem cell niches. An understanding of the relationship between adult stem cells and organ function will be explored. The course will incorporate basic histology to facilitate an understanding of stem cell biology.

Qualifications:
- PhD in stem cell biology or related field
- Knowledge of anatomy and histology
- Teaching experience at the university level required
: - Demonstrated evidence of teaching excellence in online format is an asset.
- Previous experience in teaching a similar course is highly preferred
.
Duties:
Preparation and delivery of course material (lectures, labs and tutorials); preparation and delivery of tests, final examinations; supervision of teaching assistants; marking of student work, submission of grades, dealing with student enquiries, appeals and petitions and student contact hours.
