. is recruiting for an Operations Associate Janssen BioAdvance to be located in Toronto, Ontario.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams, vendors, and other partners to improve patient services and drive operational excellence.
  • Manage a portfolio of vendor partnerships to achieve strategic goals, innovation, and operational priorities. Lead vendor management with metrics, contract negotiations, and continuous process improvements.
  • Assist in the daytoday operations including vendor communications, contract renewals, maintenance of program checklists and supplier issues.
  • Address patient feedback and concerns promptly, ensuring patient satisfaction. Implement corrective action plans to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively identify, prioritize, and lead customer centric process improvement projects to improve program efficiency and service quality with strong partner engagement.
  • Lead data analytics to support strategic business reviews, contract negotiations, opportunities for process improvements and ad hoc requests.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws.

Qualifications:


Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • MBA (Master of Business Administration) or PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.

Experience and Skills:


  • Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare operations, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven expertise in evidencebased problem solving and critical thinking, driving process improvements through partner engagement and organisational change.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering customercentric solutions in fastpaced, collaborative environments. Expertise in innovating and implementing process enhancements.
  • Demonstrated experience in process excellence and project management.
  • Proven ability to build deep vendor relationships to deliver against critical initiatives.
  • Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced expertise in effectively managing complex large data sets with robust analytical skills Experience running operational projects from conception to implementation, including partner engagement, timelines, results.
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, and patient privacy laws.
