You will join a professional team supporting operations at DriveTest Centres across Ontario on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation.

Customer Service Agents are stationed at one of 56 DriveTest Centre locations, bringing their expertise and customer service skills to Serco Canada Inc.

Serco assists the Ministry of Transportation as a prime contractor for their Driver Examiner Services (DES) contract, engaging with customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner.

As a CSA 1, you will have the chance to contribute to various functional areas such as Security Guard Testing (SGT), crowd monitoring, and examination administration.

In these functional areas, you will:

Support the Security Guard Testing (SGT) examination process.
Monitor crowds at office locations.
Assist in the efficient administration of examinations.

Qualifications:

Possess a valid Ontario class "G" license.
Have a minimum of 4 years of driving experience.
14 years of customer service experience in a professional office setting or relevant areas.
Maintain an acceptable driving record.
Be 21 or older (required for observation car operation).
Intermediate level computer skills in MS Office.
Pass Criminal Record Check (CPIC); Fingerprint Criminal Record Check.

Employee hours vary based on customer demand and location's operating hours.

This position may involve extended shifts, including weekends during peak Drive Test Centre periods.
