The North American Sales Representative identify potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. This role involves prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and maintaining client relationships.

The North American Sales Representatives work to meet sales targets, collaborate with internal teams, and stay updated on industry trends.

Strong communication, negotiation skills, and market awareness are essential for success in this role.

Base+commission pay structure


Responsibilities:


  • Familiar with the North American (Canada & USA) retail channels of snack foods.
  • Familiar with the sales rules and regulations of the snack food market in Canada and the USA.
  • Responsible for expanding the customer base in the North American market.
  • Conducts sales with both potential and existing customers.
  • Responsible to build and maintain the sales network.
  • Communicates with both potential and existing to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services that meet those needs.

Qualification:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related areas.
  • A minimum of one year of B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the food and snack industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in creativity, business skills and negotiation strategies.
  • Mandarin is highly preferable.

Salary:
$35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
