CENTER DIRECTOR / CLINIC MANAGER (BILINGUAL) | Moncton
Working in a LASIK MD clinic (a partner of Vision Group) is to help improve people's eyesight. You hold a permanent full-time position.

You work with experts in Ophthalmology & you can count yourself as a team member of one of Canada's Best Managed Companies.

You think outside of the box to establish concrete actions in order to meet short and long-term goals.
You foster a strong engagement culture through effective employee management.
You have an ease with understanding and managing budgets.
You know how to measure and improve performance indicators (KPIs).
You understand and assume different technical positions as needed.
A clear view of your assets
You have a background in business development, project management, and sales.
Your university education in management or business administration (or a related field) is considered an asset.
You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Schedule :

You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday ( early mornings & late evenings on surgery days) , and occasional Saturdays as needed (to support the team).

Required:

You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patient).

Required:
You are comfortable traveling to other clinics for training (expenses covered by Vision Group).
