Job Description - Data Entry

Summary
This position is responsible for a wide variety of clerical and data entry.

Hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

In-office position - Unit Park St, - Regina - SK- S4N 5B2

Job Duties

  • Data entry and transposing of invoice information
  • Tracking down missing documentation
  • Accurate billing/invoicing of entries
  • Provide guidance and assistance to clients when required
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • Minimum typing skills of 40 words per minute with high accuracy rate
  • Outstanding time management skills are very important
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with clients and coworkers effectively
  • Strong analytical thought process
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision

Working Conditions

  • Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals.

Salary:
$38,000.00 per year
