Your Opportunity:


This position is required to be on site at Stettler Hospital and Care Centre and is not a remote working opportunity.

As a team member of the Stettler Long Term Care, Central Zone, this Administrative Support IV will primarily provide support to the Long-Term Care Manager.

Assistance will be required with payroll validation and staff responsibility assignments to meet the changing staffing requirements for the Stettler Long-Term Care team.

This Administrative Support IV will provide other clerical support, including but not limited to developing and maintaining complex spreadsheets, completing data extractions, manipulation and reporting; creating forms, templates, presentation materials, flowsheets and track/maintain bariatric equipment; will coordinate meetings and take minutes and will also track employee information on behalf of the managers.

The Administrative Support IV will assist Long Term Care Manager with postings, processing of HR change requests, and activities associated with staffing changes.

This position requires strong technical skills, absolute attention to detail and accuracy, and strong working knowledge of established policies, procedures and collective agreement provisions.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Preferred Qualifications:

Payroll (e-People/ESP), Oracle, RMS system and Collective Agreements understanding will be an asset. Previous experience working in a capacity of providing direct support to management staff is preferred.
