Job Description:


Important to note...

  • As our newest Asset Management Professional, you will be onsite at our customer located in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada. You will work four days a week Monday-Thursday on 10 hour shifts for a total of 40 hours._

Additional Northern Location Benefits

  • In addition to a great compensation package, you will receive a monthly housing allowance of $833.33 CAD. Further, you will carry a biweekly 22% pay premium on your base salary. AND an extra week of vacation (four total)._
  • You will be vehicle eligible and you will be given a company car_

Your Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and develop

Main Components:
_

  • Repair management for repairs, electrical, mechanical within the customers operation
  • Provide component lifecycle mitigation recommendations
  • Manage SOPs associated with the program processes at the customer location
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements regarding the MRO/repair process with focus on plant reliability and productivity savings
  • Develop Customer Partner Relations and Goals:_
  • Develop relationships with the main customer partners to identify the customer's goals
  • Create program metric reports using Rockwell Automation software and other tools that meet customer requirements
  • Make recommendations based on inventory levels, failure trends, repair history trends, pricing considerations and obsolescence management
  • Identify and complete rootcause failure analysis
  • Communicate between the customer account and management, RA sales and distributors and RA Product Management to ensure that required information is provided accurately
  • Perform Continuous Improvement Activities
  • Document hard and soft cost avoidance savings on a monthly and annual basis

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship is required. Rockwell will not sponsor for this role now OR in the future.
  • Valid Canadian Driver's License

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • College/University Degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management/Business Management
  • Have basic knowledge of storeroom operations, logistics, purchasing, maintenance, or order management
  • Can collect and analyze data to identify issues and recognize trends
  • 5 years of customer facing relevant experience
  • Have familiarity working within an ERP system software environment
  • Ability to lift at least 35 pounds
