Job Description:

• Support with planning and coordination of the collaboration space activities (networking events, workshops, learning sessions and other collaboration activities)
• Support the design and implementation of new digital solutions for process redesign, simplification and collaboration
• Support the identification, planning and management of innovation events and conferences
• Help coordinate our BIOME communication plan with the Novartis communications and marketing team
• Support all other project management and coordination activities for the Biome as required

Minimum Requirements:

• Ideally pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Commerce or Business Administration
• Project management experience
• Coordination and Event planning experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work with crossfunctional teams and also autonomously
• Creative thinker with an innovation mindset
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Digital Channels, and interest in the Digital Health Ecosystem
