Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creates queries, analyzes data, and filters to produce custom reports
  • Creates, maintains, and sends scheduled and ad hoc outgoing communication
  • Develops and maintains process manuals and reference materials for the Tier 2 supports and frontline
  • Oversees daily scheduling and queuing of Tier 2 support services
  • Supply ordering, office space allocation, ITS and FMS requests
  • Effective management of the daily office operations
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors and students in the office

Qualifications:


  • Two (2) year diploma/degree in Business or Office Administration or similar field of study
  • Minimum of two years experience in a high volume office environment with a focus on customer service
  • Experience servicing culturally diverse clients preferably within an academic setting
  • Exceptional time management and scheduling skills
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Strong communication and prioritizing skills
  • Proven experience in high volume triage situations
  • Strong customer service and public relations/interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Second language preferred
