Full-Time (Outbound Agent)

Job Location:
Client Contact Center, Saskatoon**
Work Schedule

Flexibility required to work evenings and Saturdays (based on a six week rotation)

What you'll be doing:


  • Placing outbound calls to our customers and (hopefully soontobecustomers) to share information about our FFUN sales initiatives, service appointments and followups
  • Provide our customers with the best of the best when it comes to their experience with us.
  • Develop and follow strategies and processes for maintaining contact with customers
  • Manage customer information databases
  • Setting and confirming customer appointments
  • Produce reports when necessary

Some superhero traits we are looking for:

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations
  • Customer service guru, in other words a people person
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Computer literate and telephone savvy
  • Passion for teamwork
  • Organization skills that put Marie Kondo to the test
