Salary Range:
Starting salary will be $52,700, based on a 35-hour work week.
Salary for this position will be commensurate with the successful applicant's education and/or experience as it relates to the position.

What You Will Do
Working with a multi-faceted team of professionals, you will lead the development and implementation of native grass upland reclamation, remediation, and applied services for projects to our clients.
You need to be an enthusiastic team player - a self-starter who can work with anyone and capable of seeing the bigger picture and thinking out of the box.
You possess strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated expertise in project planning, cost estimating, contract management, and contractor supervision.
You possess strong technical writing and presentation skills and are an organized entrepreneur with the ability to work independently or as part of a project team.
You are considered a true leader with visionary qualities who prides themselves on meeting deadlines and delivering quality results in a complex and changing environment.
Requirements:
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in Agriculture, Agroecology, Plant Science, Soil Science, Plant Ecology, or a related discipline (a diploma combined with CCA accreditation and five years of progressive forage establishment experience will also be considered).
- Experience operating farm equipment is a must, this is a field position (tractors, seeders, ATV's, sprayers, riding mowers, hauling, and loading equipment with truck and trailer, etc.).
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed, which may include evenings and weekends at times.
- Strong planning, reporting and project management skills including attention to detail and time management.
- Strong organization, interpersonal and supervision skills both oral and written.
- Ability to foster key business relationships.
- Must possess or obtain a pesticide applicator license.
- Must possess a valid class 5 driver's license.
