What You Will Get To Do
Reporting to the Supervisor of Facilities (Arenas) and the Attendant I - Maintenance is responsible for:
- the general maintenance, cleaning and repairs of the facility and grounds;
- maintaining pool and water filtration system;
- responding to public and staff inquiries;
- providing training, advice and direction to part-time maintenance staff; and
- other duties as may be required.

You listen attentively and ask questions for clarification and understanding. Using sound judgment, you demonstrate tact, diplomacy and sound discretion when working with the public.

What You Bring To Our Team
- minimum Grade 12 education;
- possess at least twelve (12) months of related experience in a recreation facility with an arena operation;
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO); Basic Refrigeration; and Safe Ice Resurfacer Operator, maintained in good standing, preferred;
- a valid Class "G" Driver's License, maintained in good standing;
- a valid, satisfactory police criminal record check to work with the vulnerable sector
