Looking for a security during our Jays Season.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a secure front door by checking IDs, performing patdowns, and ensuring all guests meet the age requirements for entry.
  • Monitor and manage intoxicated patrons, using appropriate communication and deescalation techniques when necessary.
  • Eject overly intoxicated or disruptive patrons in a professional and safe manner.
  • Adhere to proper useofforce guidelines and understand the significance of using force only when necessary.
  • Conduct regular rounds to maintain a secure environment within the establishment.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel and bar staff to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
  • Respond promptly to any incidents and communicate with management as needed.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1year experience working in a bar or club environment, dealing with intoxicated patrons.
  • Proven experience working the front door, performing patdowns, and checking IDs.
  • Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively eject disgruntled and overly intoxicated patrons.
  • Strong understanding of the guidelines and significance of proper useofforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and latenight shifts.
  • Must Have Valid security guard license

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Salary:
$15.50-$25.00 per hour
