Real Estate Program Enrolment Liaison

Regular Part-Time (RPT)
Hours: 24 hours per week
Faculty/Department:
Real Estate Education Program (REEP)
Campus/Location: 30 Carrier Drive
Salary:
EPEW Band 7: $ $32.86
What you will do:
The incumbent must retain a wide range of knowledge relating to the Programs, program components, policies and procedures.
The incumbent may deal with sensitive and highly confidential information in direct communication with applicants, registered learners, graduates, facilitators, college administrators and other authorized third-parties.
Additional duties include the continuous evaluation and improvement of learner related and internal business processes and the updating of training and knowledge base materials for the Program's service desk provider.
What you bring to the role:
Education:
Minimum a 3-year diploma/degree in Office or Business Administration
Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Proven experience in decisionmaking & determining the correct course of action with mínimal oversight.
- Practical office experience working in a customerfocused environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Intellectually curious, processoriented with a strong attention to detail.
