Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
• Data entry and filing
• Set out floats for cashiers.
• Provide administrative assistance, as needed, to all departments.
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Office and kitchen supply orders & keep boardroom clean and stocked.
• Assist with coordination of staff functions.

• Concise verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work various daytime shifts, including Saturdays.
