Description

Dodds is seeking a reliable, highly self-motivated, and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a permanent fulltime basis.

Dodds is looking for someone who is obsessed with customer experience and is always looking for ways to help. A positive attitude is critical.

  • Answering phones with enthusiasm and positivity
  • Greet and assist showroom clients with product selection and sales
  • Coordinate and schedule garage door installations meeting both the company and customers need
  • Problem solves customer issues turning a challenging experience into a positive one
  • Collect payment and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Work as part of a team to meet customer expectations through outstanding customer service and sales
  • Respond to customer questions with urgency
  • Estimating and selling product
  • Booking sales and service calls
Job Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Computer skills including excel
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Able to work flexible hours

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year


Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday in office/showroom 5x week
  • Weekend availability
