Job Description:

In accordance with Sia Partners' codes, policies, procedures and standards, the intern will be working in various tasks, such as:

Financial management of projects: validation of data and follow-up with project managers
Accounts payable and receivable: invoicing, followup of receivables with external and internal stakeholders, cash receipts, reconciliations, etc.
Preparation of journal entries, data entry
Validation of employees' monthly expense accounts and weekly time sheets
Organizing accounting files and their storage, develop a document archiving policy and ensure its followup

Great autonomy, dynamism and proactivity
Thoroughness, efficiency and attention to detail
Team spirit, collaboration and sense of customer service.
Good ability to identify priorities and organizational skills, ability to work on several entities/companies
Good ability to adapt to change
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relations

Creativity
