Title:
Dispatch Expert Wanted

Responsibilities:

Receiving emergency and nonemergency calls
Use of two way radio system, and a multiline phone system.
Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.
Maintain an organized and uptodate database of resources, schedules, and client information.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to create, maintain, and update essential documents, and spreadsheets.
Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
Analyze data and create reports using Microsoft Excel to support decisionmaking and continuous improvement in the dispatch process.
Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
Collaborate with team members to optimize routes, schedules, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
Ability to work in a team environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service and always maintaining a professional demeanor.
Must be fluent in English
