What You'll Be Doing
Your daily tasks will involve setting up, operating, and adjusting a variety of CNC machines such as lathes, grinders, mills, EDM, and laser cutting machines to fabricate new parts and repair worn components. To succeed, you will:

• Work from drawings, standard procedures, sketches, and verbal instructions
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments

You will also be responsible for supporting quality control, equipment maintenance, and material handling by:

• Keeping logs current
• Performing basic deburring
• Installing components like nuts and bolts
• Cleaning, organizing, packaging, and relocating parts

Demonstrating a commitment to excellence, you will help create a top-notch manufacturing environment by:

• Ensuring part standards and specifications are met
• Maintaining an orderly workstation
• Adhering to strict health and safety standards

You'll enhance your skills by working closely with colleagues, engaging in hands-on training, sharing knowledge, and contributing to process and tool improvements.

What You Need to Succeed
Requirements:

• Vocational Diploma in Machining Techniques
• ASP in CNC Machining
• DEC in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Team player mindset
• Proficiency in French (written and oral)

Assets:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of English
