Your Opportunity:


Reporting to the Patient Care Manager (PCM) of the RAH Endoscopy/Ambulatory Care Program the Coordinator II will be a part of the leadership team and be responsible for the collection of patient data and analysis for potential opportunities to increase activity and/or possible reduction of costs for health care delivery within the portfolio.

This position will be the lead of the different process improvement projects as well as and Quality Improvement initiatives within the portfolio and the direction from the PCM and/or Executive Director.

The Coordinator II will be responsible for executing project related activities for projects/initiatives to ensure the goals and objectives are accomplished within set parameters from the Patient Care Manager or Executive Director.

This position will be responsible for the planning, executing and completing program and or program initiatives.

With the use of Connect Care the Coordinator II position will encourage operations, clinical and analytics staff to focus on system-wide data efficiencies and strengthen the relationship between data collection and workflows.

They will ensure they have a strong understanding of Connect Care to pull relevant data and information to help operational leaders make decisions.

As well, will support risk management and quality and safety activities (RAH People Safety Culture, accreditation, program budgeting and monitoring).

Provide a cohesive and comprehensive analysis from relevant data sources. Will provide monthly reports and communication following the analysis of relevant data to operational leaders from within the portfolio. This will be done with proper data management, analysis and interpretation and finally reporting.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years' experience in Business, Administration, or Health related role.

Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in areas of strategic planning, project management, utilization management, quality improvement, data analysis and information management, and program development and evaluation.

Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influential skills, client focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Demonstrated ability to manage change. Excellent analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills. Strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to foster a climate of cooperation amongst and build solid relationships and partnerships with internal and external partners.


Preferred Qualifications:

Prosci change management experience is an asset to this position. AIW
