The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of an early stage company.

As a _Legal Clerk _you will be able to develop your skills and work with an enthusiastic team.

On a Typical Day, You Will:

Assist in the creation of Legal Documentation and Letters for owing customers.
Draft simple agreements or agreements from precedents as required;
Professional attitude while maintaining strong client relationships.
Legal administrative duties as required;

Who Are You?

Team Player and Problem Solver
Value an empathic and kind team
2+ years of relevant experience as a legal assistant and/or law clerk;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, presentation);
Excellent proofreading skills and an ability to pay attention to details;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
