Position

Responsibilities:

Play a key role in the review of the company's job code structure.
Provide support for compensation reporting and analysis.
Participate in activities related to our annual bonus and salary review process for employees.
Participate in the testing of compensation technology.
Participate in the audit of compensation related data.
Assist with other projects as required

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a relevant postsecondary education program
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple demands under tight timeframes in a confidential environment
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Experience withMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
