Position

Responsibilities:


  • Play a key role in the review of the company's job code structure.
  • Provide support for compensation reporting and analysis.
  • Participate in activities related to our annual bonus and salary review process for employees.
  • Participate in the testing of compensation technology.
  • Participate in the audit of compensation related data.
  • Assist with other projects as required

Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled in a relevant postsecondary education program
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple demands under tight timeframes in a confidential environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Experience withMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
