WORK SCHEDULE:
Regular, Full-Time, Days

***: The Receiving Inspector will perform and document the receiving inspection of raw materials and perform rework on returned and nonconforming materials.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Receiving Inspector is responsible for the following:
- Performing incoming inspection by visual, print or functional testing.;
- Segregating nonconforming materials and advises quality department of such product;
- Sorting and reworking nonconforming materials and finished goods to meet quality requirements;
- Documenting inspection results by completing reports and logs;
- Summarizing rework and scrap;
- Maintaining inspection equipment and master samples of parts;
- Suggesting improvements to existing inspection methods;
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following established standards and procedures;
- Other duties as may be required or assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have strong math skills;
- Must have basic computer skills;
- Must be organized;
- Must be a teamplayer;
- Must be capable of working individually;
- Must have the ability to understand drawings;
- Must be able to use measuring tools;
- Must be able to use tools for rework purposes;
- Must be capable of lifting up to 30lbs individually; and 50lbs with assistance;
- Must be organized and capable of meeting tight deadlines; and
- Must be committed to change for continuous improvement of entire organization
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a quality inspector or production associate in a fast paced warehouse and manufacturing environment;
- English language proficiency
- Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma.
